Shipping Policy

Shipping is super easy and affordable for Guffly's customers because everything on our site ships for $2! So what does this mean for you? It means that you'll never have to worry about getting over-charged for shipping your purchase to you! When it comes to shipping we believe in not sending anything twice, because that's just unneccessary and it's the eco friendly thing to do. Our awesome suppliers will send your order directly to you. You can be sure that we'll always make sure that your order leaves the warehouse within 48 hours (unless otherwise noted on the product description), and should arrive to you in 7-10 days. However, most purchases arrive within 7 days. Because of our eco-friendly drop ship model, the shipping service may vary. We're currently working on patenting a "magically appear" feature as a shipping option, we'll let you know when we figure that out.

Return Policy

Don't worry, we've got your back. For products that are defective or broken we'll give you a refund, store credit or an exchange when possible. If you're just not happy with your purchase (it's the internet, it happens!) then we will offer you store credit or an exchange when possible.

Please start Step 1 in the return process within 15 days of your order and we’ll take care of you.

Step 1: Email Us

· Send Guffly an email (returns@guffly.com) with the following information:

- Customer first & last name

- Product purchased

- Order number

- Reason for return

- Request a refund, exchange, or store credit

Step 2: Receive Email back from Guffly (within 48 hours)

· This email will contain a shipping address, send your broken or defective product to that address.

· Guffly is not responsible for the cost of shipping returned products

Step 3: Refund or Store Credit

· Guffly will issue your refund or store credit within 5 business days from the date your returned product is received at Guffly’s Headquarters

Important: Guffly cannot guarantee a refund or store credit if the return process is not followed step by step.
